Self-Clinching Standoff Fasteners Allow Secure Component Stacking
Blind Threaded Standoffs can be used for secure stacking or spacing of components in ultrathin stainless steel assemblies. These hardened stainless steel fasteners clinch into stainless sheets as thin as 0.025 in. and become permanent parts of an assembly.
Blind Threaded Standoffs – Types BSO, BSOA, BSOS
- These standoffs, which use the proven self-clinching design, install with a squeeze in properly sized round holes – and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet.
- When blind-threaded types are used, outer sheet surfaces are not only flush, but closed as well.
